LIZBETH E. ALVAREZ LINARES

Lizbeth has a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Latina de Panamá. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Marketing with emphasis in Digital Production from Universidad Latina de Panamá and a Master's Degree in Audiovisual Communication from Universidad Católica Argentina.

Areas of Practice: She specializes in Corporate Law and Compliance. She has experience leading risk assessment processes and regulatory updates to identify areas for improvement and prevent possible non-compliance in companies. Her work includes the structuring and reorganization of corporate entities, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations related to anti-money laundering, corporate governance, and business ethics.

Who can he advise? In her practice, she has successfully assisted companies in developing and implementing internal policies, conducting periodic audits, and identifying and mitigating risks. Her comprehensive approach allows her to provide legal solutions aligned with the client’s strategic goals, ensuring both legal and reputational sustainability for the business.
