RICARDO A. DUQUE TELLO

Ricardo A. Duque Tello LL.M., graduated from Universidad Santa María La Antigua (Panama City, 2018) and he completed an LL.M program in Business Law at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (Barcelona, Spain, 2020). He started his legal work in AALN as a Legal Assistant, and rejoined after completing his Master's Degree.

Ricardo's legal practice has centered on commercial, administrative and corporate affairs. His experience covers complex transactional due diligence processes in financings, equity and debt issuance proceedings, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, new business establishment, intellectual property, real estate transactions, and regulatory affairs.

He specializes in: Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Property Law, Public Procurements, and Intellectual Property.

He advises: Individual clients, companies in the process of establishing their businesses, restaurant franchises, construction companies, real estate developers, supermarkets and retail stores.
