BIOGRAPHY

ARGELIS G. ASFALL F.

Argelis G. Asfall F., graduated from Universidad Latina de Panama (2003) and has Continued Education Certificates in Labor Law at the University of Panama, sponsored by the International Labor Organization ILO (2009), and in Constitutional Proceedings at the Universidad Latina de Panama (2009).

 She is now coursing a Master's Degree in Education at the Universidad Latina de Panamá, and a Master's Degree in Labor Law at the Universidad Santa María La Antigua.

 Argelis' legal practice has focused on labor and administrative matters. Her experience includes administrative and labor proceedings, before the administrative instances (Social Security, Ministry of Labor and Supreme Court).

Areas of Practice: Labor Law and Administrative Law.

Clients: Individual clients, and all types of companies that require a proper organization and regularization of their work force, within the labor regulations in Panama.
