ADRIAN A. CEDEÑO ABREGO

Adrian Cedeño is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa María la Antigua (USMA), in Panama. He also holds a Master's Degree in Commercial Law from the Universidad Interamericana de Panamá (UIP).

Areas of Practice: He specializes in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Real Estate, Regulatory and Intellectual Property, Labor Law, Immigration, and Public Contracting.

Who can he advise?: In his practice he has successfully assisted individuals and legal entities in the incorporation and modification of corporations, private interest foundations and non-profit organizations; in asset purchase and sale processes, mergers and spin-offs; in horizontal property and real estate transactions; in the registration of trademarks, patents and copyrights; in the drafting of labor contracts; in immigration and sanitary procedures, and public contracting processes.
